Sweetfern Flora is a one-woman show run by life-long plant fiend, Abby Smith. She began working with plants at a small curio shop in Bangor, Maine, where she gained an invaluable knowledge on how to make exotic plants thrive indoors throughout the year - even during Maine’s long winters.

Since then, she has expanded her skillset to outdoor garden maintenance & design, working everywhere from large estate gardens, to humble residential neighborhoods and commercial storefronts. No matter where the work takes her, she’s just happy to get her hands in the dirt!

She now runs Sweetfern Flora with the intention of helping those with smaller garden spaces achieve their potential to become a vibrant oasis
